VEAL WITH ARTICHOKES 
2 cloves garlic
Oil
1 lb. veal or round
Flour, salt & pepper
1 lb. can tomatoes, packed
1/2 c. white wine
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 can artichoke hearts

Saute garlic. Dust veal with salt, pepper and flour. Brown in oil. Add tomatoes, artichokes, wine and oregano. Cover. Simmer 45 minutes or until tender. Serve over rice.
