FOOL - PROOF PIE CRUST | |
4 c. flour 1 3/4 c. shortening 1 tbsp. sugar 2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. vinegar 1/2 c. water 1 egg With fork mix together first 4 ingredients. In separate dish, beat remaining ingredients together. Combine the two together. Then with hands, form dough into 5 equal balls. Chill for 15 minutes. Dough can be flattened between wax paper sheets and frozen. |
