FRUIT COBBLER | |
1 stick butter 1 c. flour 1 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 can pie filling (apple, cherry or peach) Melt butter in a 9 x 13 x 9 inch round pan in oven. Mix sugar and flour together until smooth. Add milk and vanilla. Pour in pan on top of butter. Spoon in pie filling. Sprinkle sugar on top. (If using apple, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake in moderate oven until done. |
