2 pkgs. French vanilla instant pudding
2 c. buttermilk
1 lg. Cool Whip
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 pkg. fudge striped cookies, broken into pieces

Mix pudding and buttermilk together. Add Cool Whip, fold in the oranges and cookies.
