COTTAGE FRY POTATOES | |
10 potatoes, boiled, peeled and cubed 1 green pepper, diced (optional) 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced 1 lg. onion, diced 3 slices white bread, cubed Parsley or celery leaves Salt and pepper Mix above ingredients together and put in casserole. Pour 1 cup melted butter over potatoes (I don't use quite that much) and enough milk to moisten. Crush corn flakes or potato chips over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
