COTTAGE POTATOES 
2 c. hot mashed potatoes
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 c. cottage cheese
2 tbsp. chopped chives
1 tbsp. butter

Add dill weed and cottage cheese to hot potatoes. Spread evenly in a greased 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle the top with chives; dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, in a moderate oven (350 degrees) for 20 minutes.
