POTATO CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 lb. pkg. Ore Ida hash browns, completely thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

In a large casserole, combine all ingredients except potatoes. Fold potatoes into well blended mixture. Top with crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
