HAM, CHEESE, AND POTATO
CASSEROLE
 
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. light cream
2 c. diced, cooked potatoes
1 1/2 to 2 c. cubed, cooked ham
2 tbsp. chopped pimento

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium saucepan, heat cheese and cream, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover. Bake 45 minutes. 4 servings.
