HAM-CHEESE-POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 c. Cheddar cheese (shredded)
1/2 c. light cream
2 c. diced cooked potatoes
1 1/2 - 2 c. cubed cooked ham
2 tbsp. chopped pimento (optional)

In saucepan, heat cheese and cream until smooth and creamy, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into ungreased casserole. Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Can top with buttered bread crumbs.
