A DIFFERENT CORNBREAD 
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/3 c. sesame seeds (opt.)
1 c. whole wheat pastry flour
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
2 tbsp. honey

In a bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder and salt; mix well. Stir in oil, honey, egg and milk. Add sesame seeds and mix until all ingredients are well blended. Pour into well greased 8" square pan and bake at 400 degrees or drop by full tablespoons onto greased griddle, for corn cakes. Serves 6.
