CORNBREAD 
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. sifted flour
2 tps. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. honey
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix dry ingredients and liquid ingredients separately; then add dry ones to liquid and stir until mixed and consistent. Put into 2 greased round cake pans. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. When it rises and turns golden brown, it's done.
