CRAB CASSEROLE 
1 sm. can crab meat
1 tbsp. onion, chopped fine
1/4 c. milk
Worcestershire sauce to taste
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs

Put soft bread crumbs in bowl; pour milk over and let set few minutes. Lightly mix in other ingredients; put in buttered casserole and put in refrigerator until time to bake. Then bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes or until very hot through. Serves 4.

NOTE: If using fresh crab, use 1/2 cup milk.
