CRISPIE CHOCOLATE CARAMEL BARS 
CRUST:

1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. 10X sugar
1/2 c. butter

Press in ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake 10-12 minutes until light brown at 350 degrees.

Melt filling: 1/3 c. evaporated milk 1/4 c. butter

Pour over baked crust; let cool.

TOPPING:

6 oz. chocolate chips
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. Rice Krispies

Combine and put on top of bars.
