HAM WITH DATE - ORANGE GLAZE 
1 center cut ham slice, 1-2" thick
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. Sun Giant chopped dates
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. vinegar
Date halves & orange segments

In a saucepan, mix orange juice, dates, mustard and vinegar. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Set aside. Put ham on an oven proof platter. Make 2 or 3 slashes around the edges of the ham to prevent curling as it cooks. Spread with date mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until glaze is bubbly. Remove from oven and garnish with date halves and orange segments.
