BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 bunch fresh broccoli - cook and drain
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup - 1/2 can water
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. instant rice

Precook onion and celery a little. Add to broccoli. Add remaining ingredients. Bake 325, 30-45 minutes.
