BEEF STROGANOFF | |
3 lbs. sirloin steak cubes 1/2 c. onion 1/4 c. butter 2 (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can beef broth 1/3 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 (8 oz.) container of sour cream Saute onions in butter. Add mushrooms, beef and next 6 ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes. May be frozen at this point, or add the sour cream and serve. Serve over hot noodles. Serves 10. |
