DIJON CHICKEN 
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 whole chicken breasts, skinned and halved
1 c. corn flake crumbs
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Blend mustard and mayonnaise and coat the skinned chicken slightly. Roll in corn flakes and cover with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
