EASY CHICKEN DIJON 
1 c. yogurt (plain)
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. garlic
Sliced onions
4 chicken breasts, halved (2 whole breasts)

Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, thyme, and garlic; mix well. Pour over prepared chicken and place sliced onions on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until desired tenderness. Sauce mixture may be doubled for added creaminess!
