CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 c. cooked chicken, diced
4 c. chicken broth (salt to taste)
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. diced American cheese
1 c. sliced water chestnuts
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
3 1/2 c. cracker crumbs (Ritz)
1/2 stick butter

Cook onion and celery in butter until tender. Combine with other ingredients, except 1 cup crumbs. Put in large baking dish. Top with crumbs.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
