APRICOT STRUDEL SLICES 
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. sour cream
2 c. flour

Mix ingredients together. Divide into 4 parts and refrigerate. Next day, roll out into rectangle. Spread thin layer of apricot preserves. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and coconut. Roll up, turning ends under. Repeat with remaining pieces of dough.

Place 4 rolls on cookie sheet in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Cool and slice. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Dough can be made ahead of time and frozen.
