CHEESY SAUSAGE QUICHE 
3/4 lb. fresh pork sausage
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. onion, thinly sliced
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 pie crust
1 c. Pet milk
3/4 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

In a medium skillet, fry sausage until cooked. Remove and drain. In 2 tablespoons fat saute onion and pepper for 3 minutes. Combine cheese and flour, stir in sausage, pepper and onions (slightly cook pie crust), spread in pie crust. Mix rest and pour into crust. Bake 35 to 40 minutes (until filling is set) at 350 degrees. NOTE: You can also use ham or bacon if you like.
