RUM CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant yellow pudding mix
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped pecans
4 eggs
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. rum

Mix cake mix, pudding, eggs, salad oil, water and rum for about 2 minutes, combining well. Sprinkle pecans on bottom of greased tube pan and bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven and pierce top thoroughly with toothpick. Immediately pour glaze (recipe below) over top. Cool completely before removing from pan.

GLAZE:

1 stick butter
2 oz. rum
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. water

Mix thoroughly until smooth.
