GRAHAM BREAD 
5 - 5 1/2 c. all purpose flour
2 pkgs. quick rise yeast
1 tbsp. salt
2 c. water
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs

In large mixer bowl, combine 2 cups flour, yeast and salt; mix well. In saucepan, heat water, honey and oil until warm, 120 to 130 degrees. Add to flour mixture. Blend at low speed until moistened; beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand gradually stir in cracker crumbs and enough remaining flour to make a firm dough. Knead on floured surface about 5 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning to grease top. Cover; let rise in warm place about 15 minutes.

Push down dough. Divide into 2 parts. On lightly floured surface, shape each half into a round loaf. Place on greased cookie sheet. Cover, let rise in warm place about 30 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet; cool.
