1 lb. ground beef 3 onions, sliced 1 green pepper, chopped 1 med. can whole tomatoes 1/2 c. uncooked rice 1 tsp. chili powder 2 tsp. salt dash of pepper Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pan fry ground beef until light brown in skillet. Drain fat. Onions and peppers and cook until onion is tender. Stir in rest of ingredients and heat until warm. |
