1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
2 tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. nuts, chopped

Mix well and spread mixture into greased 9x9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Bake and remove from oven and cover completely with a layer of miniature marshmallows. Return to oven to puff, 2-3 minutes. Do not brown. cool, then ice.

ICING:

2 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. butter
Dash of salt
2 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
