MARSHMALLOW BROWNIES | |
2 sticks butter 2 c. sugar 4 tbsp. cocoa 4 eggs 7 oz. jar marshmallow cream 1 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped nuts ICING: 1/2 stick butter with 1/4 c. cocoa (melted together) 1/4 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 box powdered sugar Melt butter; add cocoa. Add remaining ingredients (except marshmallows). Pour in large pan (11x15) and bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Take cake from oven. Spread marshmallow while still hot. Spread icing when partially cooled; swirl. |
