TOASTED MARSHMALLOW BROWNIES | |
1 c. sifted flour 1/2 c. baking cocoa 1 c. butter 2 c. sugar 4 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped walnuts 2 c. miniature marshmallows 3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces Sift together flour and cocoa; set aside. Cream together butter and sugar in bowl until light and fluffy, using electric mixer at medium speed. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients and walnuts. Spread mixture in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with marshmallows and chocolate pieces. Bake in 325 degree oven 55 minutes or until done. Cool in pan on rack. Cut into 2 inch squares. Makes 24. |
