1 stick butter
1 c. peanut butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 small bag chocolate chips
1 box Crispix

In saucepan, melt butter, chocolate chips and peanut butter. In large bowl, empty Crispix cereal. Pour peanut butter mixture over Crispix and mix well. Put powdered sugar in large paper grocery sack. Put coated Crispix into bag; close the bag tightly and shake until Crispix is well coated. After mixture is well coated, lay flat on cookie sheet to dry.
