CHEESE CRESCENT ROLLS 
2 (8 count) pkgs. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg, separated
3/4 c. sugar

Line a 9 x 13 inch pan with 1 crescent roll package. Mix cream cheese, vanilla, lemon juice, egg yolk, and sugar. Spread on crescent roll. Lay other package of crescent roll on top. Brush with beaten egg white and sprinkle with a little sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
