BEEF & CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef, cooked & drained
1/2 c. onions, tender
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can crescent rolls
6 slices American cheese

Line a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan with crescent rolls. Bring rolls up side of pan a little to form crust. Mix beef, onions, mushrooms, and sour cream. Pour over crust. Cover mixture with cheese. Cover and bake 25 minutes or until crust is golden at 350 degrees.
