BEEF AND CHEESE BAKE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 env. spaghetti sauce mix
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. can crescent dinner rolls
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Brown beef and onion; drain. Stir in sauce mix and tomato sauce; heat until hot and bubbly. Combine Mozzarella and sour cream. Pour hot meat mixture into ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking dish and spoon cheese mixture over meat. Separate dough into rectangles and place over cheese mixture. Combine Parmesan and melted butter. Put evenly over dough. Bake at 375 degrees for 18 to 25 minutes or until brown.
