OVERNIGHT SALAD 
4 egg yolks
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 can pineapple
1 can pears
1 lb. marshmallows
Juice of 1 lemon or ReaLemon
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped

Cook egg yolks, milk and sugar in a double boiler until it coats a spoon. Cool. Drain all fruit before making custard so it gets well drained before adding to the custard. After custard has cooled, add pineapple, pears, marshmallows and lemon juice. Fold in whipped cream. Refrigerate.
