FONDANT 
3 c. sugar
1 c. cream
Dash of salt
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. vanilla

Bring sugar, cream, and salt to a boil. Add light corn syrup and butter. Cook to 232 degrees.

Pour out on slab, pour approximately 1 tablespoon of vanilla on and let cool until touch leaves finger print.

Beat with paddles until gloss is gone then butter hands and work in more butter until creamy. Refrigerate until ready to use.
