HOLIDAY INN SPINACH SALAD 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) fresh spinach
1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts (drained)
3 hard cooked eggs (diced)
8 slices bacon fried crisp and crumbled

DRESSING:

Make ahead and chill. 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Salt and pepper to taste 1/3 c. catsup 1/4 c. vinegar 1 med. onion (finely diced or grated)

Mix in blender for a short time.

SERVING TIME: Pour dressing over spinach and mix gently and serve. Place a few slices of hard boiled egg on top for eye appeal.
