SPICED CRANBERRIES | |
2 cups sugar 1/2 cup vinegar 3/4 teaspoon whole cloves 3 inches stick cinnamon 1 pound (4 cups) cranberries Combine sugar, vinegar and spices and bring to a boil. Add cranberries and cook slowly, without stirring, until all the skins pop open. Put in sterilized jars and seal. |
