CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
1 c. rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 can water
1 sm. onion (optional)
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. cooked and diced chicken

Cook broccoli and drain. Cook rice as directed on package. Saute onion in butter. Cube Velveeta cheese to mix in. Mix all ingredients together and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
