8 oz. pkg. sharp cheese, grated
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
1 sm. (7 1/2 oz.) container pimento cheese
1 c. chopped pecans
Onion to taste

Combine all ingredients. Shape into ball or log. Roll in chopped nuts. Refrigerate.
