MAPLE - BACON OVEN PANCAKE 
1 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. maple flavored syrup
6 oz. shredded cheese
12 slices bacon, fried & crumbled

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease and flour 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Beat baking mix, sugar, eggs, milk, syrup and 1/2 cup of the cheese with hand beater until smooth. Pour into dish. Bake uncovered until wooden toothpick comes out clean, 10-15 minutes.

Sprinkle pancake with remaining cheese and bacon. Bake uncovered until cheese is melted 3-5 minutes. Serve with maple flavored syrup. Serves 12.
