SKILLET MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onions, chopped
1 c. uncooked oats
1 chopped green pepper
1/2 c. tomato catsup
1 tsp. salt
Black pepper to taste
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. condensed milk
Dash of ground sage
1 1/2 c. tomato catsup (over top)

Mix together first 10 ingredients. Shape in loaf and place in electric or iron skillet. Cover with 1 1/2 cups of tomato catsup. Add 1 cup water; simmer on 325 degrees approximately 1 hour. Cool before serving. Meatloaf will be moist.
