1 lg. can pineapple or peaches
1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 stick butter, melted

Place fruit in bottom of 13 x 9 greased pan; all of the juice too. Sprinkle cake mix over fruit. Sprinkle nuts over cake mix. Drizzle melted butter over all and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Serve warm or cold. Good with whipped cream, ice cream or Cool Whip topping.
