VEGETABLE CHEESE PIE 
2 c. croutons, crushed
1/2 c. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. onion, chopped
1 med. cauliflower
1/2 c. sliced carrots
1/2 tsp. dried savory
1/4 tsp. oregano, salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. grated cheese, Cheddar
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk

Melt 1/4 cup butter, saute garlic and onions. Add cauliflower, carrots, savory, oregano and salt. Cook 10 minutes.

Mix croutons and 1/4 cup butter. Press into a pie pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes.

Sprinkle 3/4 cup cheese over baked crust. Pour vegetable mixture in and top with remaining cheese.

In a small bowl, blend eggs with milk. Pour over top and bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
