1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 pkg. orange or lemon Jello
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. pineapple, crushed
2 tbsp. sugar
2 bananas, diced
8 marshmallows or 1 c. sm. marshmallows

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add pineapple juice. Cool. When it begins to thickens. Whip until it is consistency of whipped cream. Whip the cream and fold into whipped Jello until it is well blended. Then fold crushed pineapple, bananas, and marshmallows. Chill and serve.
