POOR MAN'S CHOW MEIN | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, browned & drained 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 c. celery, chopped 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can water 1 can bean sprouts, drain 4 tbsp. soy sauce 3/4 c. raw rice 1 can bamboo shoots or water chestnuts (opt.) Place all in buttered casserole and bake 1 1/2 hours. Spread 1 can chow mein noodles on top and bake 15 minutes more. |
