BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. butter
1 c. grated cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. bread crumbs

Cook broccoli according to package and drain well. Saute onion and celery in butter until clear. Mix broccoli, soup and cheese; add to celery and onion. Stir in rice, and salt and pepper. Put in non-stick casserole dish and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve hot.
