MOM'S OYSTER DISH 
1 pt. oysters
Fresh mushrooms if available (2 cans if not, drain)
Butter
2 half and half (1/2 pt.)
2 jars pimentos
1 to 2 pkg. baking powder biscuits baked and split or toast points

Cook oysters in juice. Set aside. Fry mushrooms in butter. Add to oysters. Add half and half and pimentos, juice and all. Thicken with flour and water as for gravy.

Make in a.m. Let stand to flavor. Serve over biscuits or toast points. A nice buffet dish, too.
