STEAK DIANE 
1 lb. filet Mignon, cut thin
1/4 lb. butter
1 1/2 lbs. mushrooms, shitakes are great but not necessary
Worcestershire to taste
Burgundy wine
Garlic

Melt butter in pan with garlic. Add Worcestershire sauce and burgundy wine. Add mushrooms, sliced thin.

In separate pan melt butter and garlic and cook the filet rare and add to sauce.
