SWEET-SOUR MEATBALLS 
Basic meatballs
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (13 1/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits or chunks
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 sm. green pepper, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in 2 quart casserole. Stir in pineapple with syrup, vinegar, and soy sauce. Microwave uncovered on high (100%) 2 minutes; stir. Microwave until mixture thickens and boils, 3-4 minutes longer.

Add cooked meatballs and green pepper. Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) until pepper is crisp-tender, 3-4 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
