SWEET 'N SOUR MEATBALLS 
3 lbs. lean ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
2 beaten eggs
3 tbsp. minced onion
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. bread crumbs

FOR SAUCE:

3 c. water
2 to 3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. catsup
4 tsp. soy sauce
1 c. cider vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained

Mix meats, eggs, onion, soy sauce and bread crumbs. Roll into walnut size balls. Arrange on broiler pan or large cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Drain off excess grease and bake on additional 15 minutes. Put into chafing dish or crockpot on low heat.

In saucepan, mix all of sauce ingredients and cook over medium heat until thick. Add crushed pineapple. Pour over meatballs and serve warm.
