RICE DRESSING 
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. chopped parsley or 2 tbsp. dehydrated parsley
Salt
1 onion, chopped fine
Chicken, turkey (may use canned) or ground beef
2 eggs
1/4 c. cooking oil
Garlic salt
2 c. milk
1/2 lb. grated Velveeta cheese

Mix together all ingredients at once like dressing and bake in covered casserole 45 minutes, at 350 degrees. Add almond slivers and grated Cheddar cheese over top and bake uncovered for browning.
