RICE DRESSING | |
6 c. cooked rice 1/2 lb. lean hamburger 1/2 lb. sausage 1 c. chopped green pepper 1 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. celery Creole seasoning Season meat with creole seasoning. While rice is cooking, cook meat in large pot, stirring constantly. Drain meat; add onions, stir on low heat for 10 minutes. Add pepper and celery; cook and stir 15 minutes. Stir in cooked rice until well mixed. |
